Jason Carrington

Jason Carrington has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Jason began their career as an intern at Banister International in 2001 and worked their way up to become a Principal and Senior Executive Recruiter at the company. Jason was responsible for new business development, client management, and recruiting in the Integrated Supply Chain field. Jason also handled recruiting efforts for various companies, including Unilever, Quaker, and Ubiquity Brands. In 2008, they moved to The Judge Group as an Account Manager before joining PrincetonOne in 2009. At PrincetonOne, they held positions such as Director and Strategic Account Director, where they oversaw recruitment in supply chain, operations, and marketing roles for companies like Microsoft, McKesson, and US Cellular. Jason was recognized for their business development and company profits, receiving awards and being a member of the President's Club. Jason has successfully overseen executive-level recruitment projects and has experience in retained searches and RPO projects.

Jason Carrington attended Temple University from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
