Chris Smith is an experienced enterprise architecture professional currently serving as Associate Director of Enterprise Architecture at Principal Asset Management since November 2021. In this role, Chris partners with Business and IT to enhance digital strategies aimed at improving Customer Experience through journey management, UI/UX technologies, and data capabilities.
