Grace Hall

Grace Hall is a Software Engineer III and Salesforce Administrator at Principal Financial Group, where responsibilities include managing a Salesforce organization for over 1,500 users, implementing support processes, and training users on new features. With experience in the development of Financial Service Cloud solutions, Grace also maintains the team’s JIRA board and performs data manipulation tasks. Previously, Grace worked as a Client Service Associate, successfully building client relationships and managing priorities. Additional internships include roles at Vision Soccer Academy, Indianola Parks and Recreation, Simpson College, Iowa Sports Foundation, and Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union, showcasing skills in event management, marketing, and facility operations.
