Jerry Ripperger

Jerry Ripperger has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as National Vice President of Stock Plan Services Consulting at Principal Financial Group since November 2013. Prior roles at Principal Financial Group from 1988 to 2013 included Director positions in Consulting and Business Development, as well as leadership roles overseeing the Insured Health product portfolio and financial operations of the Non-Medical Market Center. Ripperger also contributed to the organization as a Senior Underwriting Consultant, where responsibilities included premium development for group insurance and client support. Additionally, Ripperger served as a lecturer at Simpson College from 1993 to 2003. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Drake University and a BA in Management and Economics from the University of Northern Iowa.
