Karin Johnson

Karin Johnson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment litigation. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Principal Financial Group since January 2019, Karin previously held the title of Assistant General Counsel. Prior to this role, Karin was a Partner at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP from January 2008 to December 2018, focusing on employment litigation. Earlier in Karin's career, legal practice included a position as an Attorney at Bradshaw, Fowler, Proctor & Fairgrave, P.C., specializing in general civil defense and employment litigation from September 2004 to December 2007. Karin holds a Juris Doctor degree with high honors from Drake University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Business Management and Music from Luther College.
