Lucy Gee

Lucy Gee, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and development, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Principal Financial Group. Since March 2018, Lucy has been instrumental in developing strategic recommendations using compelling storytelling and data visualization, while also creating performance metrics to monitor key initiatives. Prior roles include a Leadership Development Program Associate at Principal, where Lucy gained diverse cross-functional experience, and significant responsibilities in management and mentoring.
