Narasimham Addepalli is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading software development and modernization projects. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer (Manager) at Principal Financial Group since June 2025, Narasimham oversees the modernization of Treasury Systems by architecting solutions utilizing Python, Next.js, and AWS. Prior to this role, Narasimham held various positions at EMC Insurance Companies, including Software Engineering Director, where responsibilities included team management and quality assurance.
