Samuel Wolf

Samuel Wolf is an accomplished professional in the field of data security and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Engineering for Data Security at Principal Financial Group since March 2020. In addition to managing data security products, Samuel serves as a leader in various capacities, including Senior Information Security Engineer at Iowa State University and Chair of the Cybersecurity Advisory Council. As a charter member of the Industry Advisory Board at Our Lady of the Lake University, Samuel contributes significant expertise to both educational and industry platforms. Previously, Samuel's experience includes key roles at USAA and founding Groothoff Group LLC, emphasizing IT and cyber security consulting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer and Information Systems and Security from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Leadership Certificate in Executive Leadership from the Iowa Technology Leadership Institute.
