Tracy Parker

Tracy Parker currently serves as the Director of Sales Activation at Principal Financial Group, a position held since March 2021, overseeing sales activation and strategic design teams within Retirement & Income Solutions. Prior to this role, Tracy accumulated extensive experience at Wells Fargo from October 1999 to March 2021, holding various positions including Client Experience Manager, Participant Experience Consultant, Marketing Project Manager, Senior Communications Consultant, Communications Consultant, and Trading Service Representative. Tracy earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Capella University between 2005 and 2013, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Individualized Studies/Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota from 1995 to 1999.
