Steven W. Shotwell

Steven W. Shotwell has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steven W. began their career in 1987 at Applied Magnetics, where they held various operations management positions and eventually served as Vice President of Operations. At Applied Magnetics, they were responsible for implementing manufacturing strategies, executing a company turnaround, managing a large workforce, and establishing a new manufacturing facility in the Philippines.

Following their time at Applied Magnetics, Shotwell served as Vice President of Operations and Director at Catalytic Solutions, where they played a crucial role in starting up manufacturing operations and managing all aspects of operations management. Steven W. also oversaw the Program Management group, ensuring the delivery of quality products to OEMs.

Shotwell later joined SloanLED as President and Chief Executive Officer. During their tenure, they successfully led the company in design, manufacturing, and marketing of premium lighting solutions. Steven W. also served as Director of SloanLED Europe B.V., a subsidiary of SloanLED.

Additionally, Shotwell has held leadership positions at FuelBox Inc., Sensor Industries Inc., Butler America / Esperer Holdings LLC, and Seek Thermal. Notably, they served as President and CEO of FuelBox Inc. and held the role of Chief Operating and Business Development Officer at Butler America / Esperer Holdings LLC.

Currently, Shotwell serves as Executive Vice President at Principal Sloan, a position they have held since 2023. Steven W. is also a board member at Seek Thermal and has been actively involved in the company since 2018.
