Justin worked at Principle Auto from 2018 to present, starting as the Director of Compensation & Talent Engagement before becoming the Sr. Director of People Operations in August 2021. At Principle Auto, they focused on building relationships with guests and ensuring a better life for them. Prior to that, Justin worked at Robert Half from 2016 to 2018 as a Senior Staffing Manager for Accountemps, specializing in consulting and temporary staffing for accounting and finance professionals. In their earlier career, Justin was the Managing Director at Vision Strategic Planning from 2010 to 2013, where they oversaw various responsibilities including communications, recruitment, media campaigns, data analysis, and project management.
Justin R. attended The University of New Mexico from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained two Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees. Justin earned a degree in Economics and another degree in Political Science. In June 2021, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
