Grace Ewen

Grace Ewen, SHRP-CP has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Grace currently serves as the Senior Director of People Operations at Miles Ahead Brands since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at IDEAL AGENT from April 2021 to July 2023, initially as the Vice President of People & Talent and later as the Director of People & Talent. At IDEAL AGENT, Grace was responsible for all HR functions and led the People team, working closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's people strategies.

Before joining IDEAL AGENT, Grace worked at FairWarning - An Imprivata Company from August 2020 to April 2021 as the Director of People & Talent. In this role, they oversaw HR operations, ensured compliance, and led the People Strategy and Development function.

Additionally, Grace worked as an Orientation Leader at the University of South Florida from January 2010 to August 2011. Their responsibilities included working with transfer and first-year students, teaching them about campus success, and leading orientation sessions.
