James M. Dieter is the Chairman and CEO of Principle Health Systems. James has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including founding and serving as the Chief Executive Officer of NASA Surgical Suite ASC. James also served as an Interventional Pain Management Specialist for four years. Prior to that, they worked as a subinvestigator for Mallinckrodt INC and Shinogi INC.

James M. Dieter has a Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner from Samford University, a Doctor of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Hardin-Simmons University.
