Hyunseong Min, Ph.D. completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University between 2012 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Coastal Engineering from Hanyang University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Hyunseong also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from Hanyang University, which they achieved between 2001 and 2006. In September 2018, they obtained the certification of Engineer-In-Traning from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
