Trent Weatherford

Senior Project Manager at Principled Technologies

Trent Weatherford has over 18 years of experience in the education and technology industries. In 2002, they began their career as Middle School Head at The Roger Bacon Academy, where they were responsible for managing middle school faculty and ensuring optimal employment of effective teaching strategies. In 2005, they moved to Educational Resources, Inc. as an Educational Consultant/Curriculum Designer, where they managed staff on correct implementation of curricula and designed weekly workshops to enhance staff understanding of individual performance. In 2007, they were appointed Director of Learning and Measurement at Mastermind Prep Learning Solutions. In 2011, they became the Chief Learning Officer at Castle Worldwide, Inc. In 2015, Weatherford moved to Weatherford Consulting as an Innovation Consultant, where they consulted and led learning innovation for those with the greatest needs. Finally, in 2016, they joined Principled Technologies as a Product Management/Project Management, where they have been the project manager for a variety of technology, training/learning, research, marketing, and software development projects and initiatives.

Trent Weatherford obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD from The University of Alabama in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Education - MEd from University of Phoenix in 2004. Trent also attended University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA in Creative and Professional Writing and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General between 1997 and 2001.
