Elina Koulouri

Elina Koulouri has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Elina is currently serving as the Group Chief People Officer at Printec Group since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at MYTILINEOS S.A. as the HR Director for Sustainable Engineering Solutions (SES) and Renewables & Storage Development (RSD) Business Units. In this role, they focused on the development of sustainability, infrastructure, construction, renewables, and energy storage projects globally. Elina also held the position of Human Capital Director at MYTILINEOS S.A., where they drove talent acquisition, performance management, and learning & development initiatives. Before joining MYTILINEOS S.A., Elina worked at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company as an HR Business Partner Enabling Functions and as the Talent Deployment Supervisor for Greece & Cyprus. Elina began their career at KPMG in Greece as a Supervising Senior Advisor, then moved on to roles as a Senior Advisor and Advisor in the People Services Unit. Elina also gained recruitment experience at Adecco HR as a Recruitment Consultant and worked as a Research Executive at Korn/Ferry International.

Elina Koulouri pursued their education in psychology and achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Essex. Elina studied at the institution from 1997 to 2000. Subsequently, Elina pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in Occupational & Organizational Psychology from the University of Surrey between the years 2000 and 2001.
