Jean-Baptiste Dacquin

A graduate of the French management school EM Normandie, Jean-Baptiste Dacquin, began his career as a consultant, first in HR at Michael Page International, then in management and organization at KPMG Consulting (1998 and 2000).

He then joined the Kiabi Group where he worked for eleven years, first as Recruitment and Career Manager (2000-2003), then as Regional Director until 2005. He was then International Franchise Director until 2008, before being appointed Director of Human Resources France until 2011 and then Affiliation Director.

In 2012, he joined the SMCP (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, Fursac) Group, leading their Human Resources Department until 2019, when he was appointed General Manager of the brand Claudie Pierlot.

Jean-Baptiste Dacquin joined Printemps in January 2023 as the Head of Human Resources.
