Laura Seredinski

Laura Seredinski, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in HR leadership and strategic direction. Laura is currently the Head of People Operations at Printfection, where they provide strategic leadership for recruitment, culture, employee experience, and internal communications. Laura has successfully implemented operational and organizational structures and collaborated with the leadership team to define the company's Employee Value Proposition. Previously, Laura served as the Director of People Experience & Culture at Gloo LLC, where they provided HR leadership and defined strategies for talent acquisition, employee development, and engagement. Laura also has experience as the Senior Manager of People Operations & Talent Acquisition at TeamSnap, where they built and implemented a comprehensive HR function and led initiatives in learning and development, leadership coaching, and talent acquisition. Prior to that, Laura was the Director of Business Operations at Wright Kingdom Real Estate, where they provided strategic direction for operations and sales initiatives. Laura began their career as a Senior Sales Director at Mary Kay Cosmetics, where they led and developed a team of 100 sales staff and executed training programs aligned with business goals. Laura's experience demonstrates their expertise in driving organizational growth and creating an engaging employee experience.

Laura Seredinski, SHRM-SCP, has a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Laura also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University. Additionally, they have an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Front Range Community College. In 2019, Laura obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
