Christian Kohlberg

Christian Kohlberg has worked in various roles in the field of HR and media. Christian started their career as a freelancer at Schönebecker Volksstimme in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Christian then interned in the editorial department at Radio SAW for a short period. In 2010, they worked as an HR intern in the Learning & Development department at Bombardier Transportation. The following year, they interned at Maximum Marketing as an HR intern team lead focusing on recruitment. In 2012, they joined Analytik Jena GmbH+Co. KG as an HR Manager and later became a Group Leader in HR Management. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People Operations at the same company.

Christian Kohlberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg in 2009. Christian then went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in International Management from the same university, graduating in 2011. In 2008, they also had a brief period of study at Saint Mary's University Halifax, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
