Alex Saltonstall

Alex Saltonstall has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Alex is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Printful since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Wayfair from 2017 to 2022, where they held two significant positions. As the General Manager, Partner Operations, they led a team focused on enhancing the consumer experience through operational excellence and played a crucial role in shaping the company's availability strategy during the pandemic. Additionally, as the Global General Manager, CastleGate, they spearheaded the commercialization of Wayfair's supply-chain-as-a-service business, achieving significant growth and delivering a world-class delivery experience to consumers.

Before their tenure at Wayfair, Saltonstall served as the Chief Operating Officer at Agile Mind from 2014 to 2017. Alex also held several leadership positions at Cambium Learning Group from 2004 to 2014. As the President of Kurzweil/IntelliTools, Inc., they successfully integrated the companies, managed product development, sales, marketing, and customer success, and led the growth, operations, and strategy of the combined entity. Saltonstall also served as the Corporate Development Manager, where they completed three acquisitions.

Prior to that, Saltonstall held the position of President at SearchSoft Solutions, where they led the early-stage technology company to its first profitable year. Alex also worked as an Associate at Schoolhouse Partners, where they analyzed investment opportunities in education technology and played a role in the acquisition of SearchSoft Solutions, Inc. Early in their career, Saltonstall worked at The Parthenon Group, initially as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate.

Alex Saltonstall completed an MBA from Harvard Business School from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1997, they obtained an A.B. magna cum laude degree in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Psychology from Harvard University.
