Natalija Balašova

Natalija Balašova is the current Head of Finance at Printful. Natalija has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Natalija started their career in 2007 as an accountant at Mega Grupa. Natalija then moved to Lacerta Translation Services in 2010, where they worked as a project manager. In 2011, they joined BitTempus SIA as a project manager/accountant.

In 2013, Natalija joined Food Union as the Senior Sales and Marketing Financial Controller. In this role, they were responsible for budgeting, preparing consolidated management reports, and managing the commercial controlling team. Natalija remained in this role until 2016 when they joined Printful as the Head of Finance.

Natalija Balašova has a Masters degree in financial management with financier qualification from BA School of Economics and Finance. Natalija also has a Bachelors degree in entrepreneurship and management with economist qualification from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University). Natalija has certification from Coursera in An Introduction to Operations Management.

Natalija Balašova reports to David Siksnans, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Jānis Akmentiņš - Head of Engineering, Martins Groza - Head of SEO, and Kaspars Kirsis - Head of Sales.
