Gretchen Renaud

Responsible for the Business Operations of PrintMail, Gretchen has been with the company since 2006 and personally opened two of PrintMail’s locations. She has championed the advancement of PrintMail’s technology to continue to achieve the best efficiency possible and has partnered with industry-leading software and hardware providers to this end. Gretchen is a member of Ricoh’s Customer Council, an active member of INg (Imaging Network Group), and is a frequent presenter at Ricoh’s INTERACT Events, INg Conferences, the Inkjet Summit, and many other industry events, sharing her and PrintMail’s experiences and successes.
