Susi Bennett has extensive experience in leadership and operations within the financial services sector. Currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Priority Financial Group since December 2017, Susi oversees various operations teams, including learning and development, accounting, and project management. In addition, Susi is an independent consultant with Bennett Consulting, focusing on strategic initiatives for clients. Previously, Susi held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Desert Schools Financial Services, where collaborative leadership contributed to the organization’s strategic direction. Earlier career roles include Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending and Senior Director of Learning and Development at Desert Schools Federal Credit Union, as well as Branch Manager at Partners Federal Credit Union. Susi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Grand Canyon University, building on prior educational experiences at several institutions.
