Lisa Laponsie

Lisa LaPonsie currently serves as the VP of Operations Quality and Payment Integrity at Priority Health, where responsibilities include driving high-priority projects focused on customer experience and coordinating project teams to ensure successful execution. Prior to this role, Lisa held several positions at Priority Health, including Sr. Director and Director roles in Quality and Payment Integrity as well as Claim Administration. Previously, Lisa worked at Aetna Life Insurance Company for over 25 years as a Business Program Project Manager, leading various project and program initiatives to align with business needs. Lisa holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma from the Juran Institute, emphasizing expertise in improvement science.
