Rachel Herbert

Rachel Herbert is a seasoned professional in provider programs and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Provider Programs Specialist at Priority Health since December 2015. In this role, Rachel leads the digital experience for the provider portal, prism, with a focus on UX/UI design and user content management. Previous positions at Priority Health include Senior Provider Communications Specialist and Marketing Specialist, where Rachel developed marketing strategies and executed communications for the provider network. Before joining Priority Health, Rachel worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Exceed Consulting, overseeing various marketing initiatives and events. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations and Photography from Grand Valley State University.
