Adrienne Huntley has a diverse work experience in human resources and organizational development. Adrienne Huntley is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Priority Ambulance's Priority OnDemand division. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Enne Resources, LLC, where they provided emotional intelligence coaching and talent acquisition services. Adrienne Huntley also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources & Compliance at Qsource.

Adrienne's previous experience includes serving as the Global Organizational Development Director & HR Business Partner at Barr Brands International, Inc. Adrienne Huntley was a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team and implemented processes for talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, and succession planning. Adrienne Huntley started their career at Rural Metro as a Multi-site Human Resources Generalist and later as an HR Assistant/Office Manager.

Throughout their career, Adrienne has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, leadership development, and operational effectiveness. Adrienne Huntley has also successfully handled EEOC claims and implemented cost-saving measures in recruitment. Adrienne holds SHRM-CP and MSHRM-OD certifications.

Adrienne Huntley received their Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management - Organizational Development from Strayer University-Maryland in the years 2012-2016. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources at the same institution from 2005-2008. Additionally, they completed their high school education at East High School from 1984-1991. Adrienne also holds a certification in Emotional Intelligence Ei-2.0 Individual & 360 Assessment Coaching, which they obtained from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in November 2022.
