Jennifer Glenn is the Director of Human Resources at Priority Plastics. Jennifer has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and has held various positions in both the public and private sector. Jennifer was also the HR Lead for the major organizational shift from centralized business philosophy to decentralized business philosophy, including the alignment of human capital with restructured business group and communication of philosophy change. Additionally, they managed employee relations for the site of 200 employees, resolved compliance hotline investigations, and handled conflict resolution as necessary.

Jennifer is currently the Director of Human Resources at Priority Plastics, a position they have held for one year and nine months. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of human resources for the company, including talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll. Jennifer is also responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with federal and state laws.
