Previously, Kirsten held roles including Health, Safety, Environmental Manager at Texas Pacific Land Corporation, where leadership involved constructing a corporate HSE department and management system, and Safety & Construction Specialist at Airgas, overseeing safety solutions for oil and gas clients. Extensive experience also includes business development and territory management at Brady Corporation, with expertise in OSHA compliance and various safety programs. Educational credentials include dual MBA degrees in Health, Safety and Environmental, and Marketing, along with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism & Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
