Perry Ruthven

Perry Ruthven is a seasoned professional in the energy management sector, currently serving as Managing Director for the Houston Region at Priority Power Management since July 2004. Previously, Perry founded PARenergy, Inc., an independent consultancy focusing on strategic procurement and demand side management in the Texas deregulated market. Additional experience includes roles in business development at International Asset Systems, Director of Vendor Management at Skribo.com, and Regional Sales Manager at Savino Del Bene, alongside earlier experience as an Account Executive at Maersk Line. Perry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, completed between 1980 and 1985, and obtained a foundational education at St. John's School.
