Katie Physick

Katie Physick is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HRIS reporting and personnel management. Currently serving as the HRIS Reporting Lead at Priory since July 2023, Katie previously held roles such as Senior Human Resources Officer and HR Officer at Confetti Media Group from March 2019 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes a recruitment consultant position at Social Care & Education and an independent mental health advocate role at Advent Advocacy. Katie has also worked as a Reception Supervisor at David Lloyd Leisure. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management and Services, a Master of Science in Crime, Justice, and Psychology from the University of Leicester, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Hull.
