Ameeta A. Parpia

Ms. Ameeta A. Parpia is B.A., LL.B, Advocate & Solicitor and a partner of M/s. A. H. Parpia & Company. She has been in practice since last 33 years and is on the Boards of companies operating in diverse industries. Ms. Parpia joined the Board in May 2010 and was appointed as an Independent Director in July 2014. She is the Chairperson of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee and a member of the Risk Management Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
