Rachel Chang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachel began their career as a Front Desk Coordinator at The Dallas Entrepreneur Center in 2017 before moving on to become the Director of Events and Programs at the same company. Rachel also worked as a Lead Organizer for Startup Dallas Week, where they organized the largest entrepreneurial program in the DFW area. In 2018, they joined Bumble as a Dallas City Rep, spreading awareness of the company's mission throughout the city. Rachel's experience in marketing and property management includes roles as a Property Marketing Manager at Legacy West, a Senior Marketing Manager at Prism Places, Inc., and a Venture Associate at Tech Wildcatters. Rachel also served as a Business Development Associate and General Manager at The Riveter, a national membership network of coworking spaces. Rachel's commitment to diversity and empowerment is evident through their involvement with organizations like SoGal Foundation, where they held a marketing role for their Dallas Chapter. Rachel also worked as a Mentor at WeWork and assisted in organizing events for the Art Centre of Plano. In addition, Rachel owned their own consulting business, Rachel Chang Consulting.
Rachel Chang completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington from 2012 to 2016. Rachel then pursued a CORe Certification in Business Analytics, Financial Accounting, and Economics for Managers from Harvard Business School Online in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from The University of Kansas between 2010 and 2012.
