Cathy Munoz joined Prism Real Estate Services, LLC in March of 2012 when the property she was managing was acquired. Having been in Residential Property Management since 1993, Cathy is quite knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the property management industry and is rarely surprised by the many fastballs that are thrown her way as Regional Manager for PRES. As Regional Manager, Cathy oversees all phases of the site operations for her multi-family properties, including budgeting and reporting as well as employee performance, in order to promote the overall efficiency and financial health of the portfolio. Cathy is known for providing positive support, uplifting her teams to succeed and grow professionally. She is flexible in her approach and empowers those around her to find their own methods, while adhering to PRES procedures and processes.
