Jill Abel

Jill Abel is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at PRISM since July 2023. Previously, Jill was the Director of Human Resources & Risk Management for the County of Yuba from October 2014 to July 2023. Throughout a career that spans over two decades, Jill has held various leadership roles at PRISM, including Legislative Committee Chairperson and chairperson of the Primary Workers Compensation Committee. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Deputy Director and Benefits & Safety Manager at Yuba County, Human Resources Manager at Western Wood Fabricators, and Sr. Customer Service Manager and Recruiter at Bank of America. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University.
