L. Jean Remmer

Ms. Remmer has played a pivotal role since PRISM was founded, providing strategic guidance and leadership. She brings with her over 25 years of experience in all aspects of research administration and management of non-profit research organizations. In her current role as Vice President, she coordinates and implements activities of Research Administration with overall institution strategies, corporate culture and management values. As an institutional official, she reviews, approves and submits all grant applications submitted by the Institution. She is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing compliance programs in all areas of Contracts and Grants Administration, and is the primary liaison with the Board of Trustees. Previous positions include Assistant Vice President, Research Administration at the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute at Harbor UCLA Medical Center, and Director of Research Administration at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center.
