Becky Hubbard

Becky Hubbard has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Their most recent position was as the Senior Vice President of Operations at PRISM Vision Group, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Veterinary Practice Partners, including Vice President of DeNovo Development and Director of Operations. In 2019, they worked as the Director of People and Culture & Talent Acquisition at Active Day. Before that, they served as the Senior Leader Human Resources at Amazon, leading HR operations for a fulfillment center. From 2016 to 2018, they were employed at DaVita Kidney Care, first as the Director of People Services, and then as the People Services Manager. Before that, they held positions at Burlington Stores, Inc., including National Associate Relations Manager, Senior Multi-Market Human Resources Manager, Regional Human Resources Manager, and District Manager Field Operations. Their earliest role was as a Store Director at Target, overseeing a team of over 250 employees. Throughout their career, Becky has gained extensive experience in operations, human resources, people and culture, talent acquisition, and leadership.

Becky Hubbard completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University in 2018. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from the same university in 2015. In addition to their degrees, they also obtained a certification in Workplace Investigative Interviewing Strategies for HR/ER Professionals from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates in June 2015.
