Abby Economou

Abby Economou is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Accounting Manager for Financial Systems at Prisma Health since October 2017. In this role, Abby designs, develops, and maintains financial management information systems, handling new implementations and ensuring the integrity of existing systems. Abby has also held positions as a Financial System Administrator and Financial Analyst, managing significant accounts receivable reserves and preparing comprehensive financial reports. Prior experience includes serving as Accounting Manager/Financial Analyst at Tech-24, where Abby managed cash flow and conducted month-end closing procedures. Abby holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Clemson University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from SUNY Geneseo. Additionally, Abby is a candidate for the Uniform CPA Exam, having already passed two sections.
