Yoni Halevi

Yoni Halevi is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in research and development across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of R&D at Prisma Photonics since September 2021, Yoni leads a diverse team focused on machine learning, microservices, and cloud services, guiding the company through growth stages. Previously, Yoni held the position of Sr. Director of R&D at Western Digital, overseeing a global team of over 150 engineers, and served as R&D Group Leader at SanDisk, managing multiple software teams. Earlier roles included RealTime/Embedded Engineer positions at Mobileye and Intel, as well as a Naval Officer in the Israeli Navy, culminating in the rank of Captain. Yoni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and graduated from the altMBA program in 2021.
