Michael Zuercher

Michael Zuercher is the CEO of Prismatic. Michael was previously the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Zuercher division of TriTech Software Systems from August 2015 to November 2018.

Zuercher was responsible for TriTech's market share in the small-to-medium agency segment. Michael also represented the Zuercher division to the board of directors. The division grew aggressively through major geographic sales expansion and significant M&A activity, achieving $50M in revenue with 240 employees.

Insight Venture Partners was the largest public safety software company in the US at the time. Michael played a significant role in the process to sell the company, which resulted in the recapitalization of TriTech by Bain Private Equity and the subsequent merger of TriTech with two industry firms backed by Vista Equity Partners to create a new company, CentralSquare Technologies.

Upon successful completion of the merger, Michael chose to transition out of the business and helped form and conduct transition plans for combining the three businesses.

Michael Zuercher has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
