Chris Charles

Chris Charles is an experienced Senior Software Engineer, currently leading a team at PrismHR since June 2022, with expertise in UniData, Python, DesignBais, and SystemBuilder+. Prior to this role, Chris served as an Applications Architect and Software Engineering Lead at Market America, Inc. from September 2008 to June 2022, specializing in UniVerse and WebDE. Chris began career at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company as a Programmer from August 2004 to September 2008, where responsibilities included training new hires in UniVerse. Earlier experience includes a role as a Programmer/Analyst at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) from February 2001 to July 2004, focusing on Oracle PL/SQL. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Computer Information Systems from Harding University, obtained between 1994 and 2000.
