Léa Suisse has had a diverse and extensive work experience, starting in 2010 as a Production Assistant at Européart. Léa then held the role of Assistant Project Manager at Le Public Système and CBA - Designing Brands with Heart from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they were a Project Manager at Marque and Co. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Digital Communication Consultant at LSCO, where they worked on building editorial and content strategies, PR, and content creation. In 2019, they became a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Kameleoon, where they enabled web players to increase their turnover and margins by personalizing the customer journey. Léa currently holds the role of Lead Customer Success Manager at Prismic since 2021.

Léa Suisse obtained their Master II - Business School degree in International Business from ESCE International Business School in 2014. In 2013, they attended the Indian Institute of Planning and Management to study Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
