Shahshi Thiruchelvam

Shahshi Thiruchelvam has extensive experience in operations management within the e-commerce and technology sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at PRISM+ since January 2022, Shahshi oversees third-party logistics and manages the in-house delivery fleet. Previously, as Operations Lead at twentyfive, Shahshi enhanced warehouse, order fulfillment, and inventory management processes. Experience includes a role as Production & Inventory Manager at CompAsia, focusing on production planning and process improvement. Shahshi spent 14 years at Western Digital in various engineering and management positions, successfully delivering multimillion-dollar projects and leading technology transfers. Shahshi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
