Bao Do

Bao Do has worked in the tech industry since 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at FPT Software as a Business Analyst. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at PYCOGroup in two roles, Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst. In 2021, they moved to Inspectorio as a Business Analyst. Currently, they are working at both PrismTech Inc. and LeapXpert as a Product Manager and Product Owner, respectively.

Bao Do obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Information Technology from RMIT University Vietnam between 2009 and 2014. Bao also holds certifications from Scrum.org, including Professional Scrum Master I and II, obtained in October 2022 and November 2022 respectively. In 2014, they obtained a TESOL from Irvine University College of Law and an IELTS 7.5 from the British Council in 2013. In 2007, they obtained a TOEFL ibt. Additionally, they hold an Advanced Business Analyst certification from IIBA and an ISTQB certification from FMIT Solutions S.L. Bao also holds a Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org.
