Mi Lai

Mi Lai is an experienced professional in education and program management, currently serving as the Manager of Business Education at the Prison Entrepreneurship Program since March 2021, where responsibilities include curating over 300 supplemental videos and resources for the Entrepreneurship curriculum. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Teacher at the University of Houston, where lessons were developed for toddlers, and as a Recruiter Associate at the Prison Entrepreneurship Program, evaluating candidate applications. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Student Assistant Intern at UH Children's Learning Center and an Assistant Teacher Intern at Blooming Daisies Learning Center, along with customer service expertise gained at Hikari Sushi Restaurant. Mi Lai holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Houston and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Lone Star College.
