The Education and Development team at the Prison Entrepreneurship Program is dedicated to empowering inmates through transformative educational experiences and skill-building initiatives. They design and implement entrepreneurial training, character development, and job readiness programs, while fostering mentorship relationships that prepare participants for successful reintegration into society. By focusing on holistic growth and practical skills, the team aims to reduce recidivism and enhance the employability of former inmates.
