Aaron Cosar has a diverse background in program management, education, and safety training. Aaron has experience working with organizations such as Prison Fellowship, OSHA Training Institute, and TEEM, where Aaron has served in various roles such as Academy Program Manager, Life Skills Instructor, and Instructor for General Industry. Aaron has also worked with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections as a Chapel Clerk. Aaron is dedicated to educating and empowering individuals for a better future.

Colson was incarcerated for Watergate-related charges and could not forget those he had left behind prison walls. He launched Prison Fellowship to give prisoners the opportunity to experience the radically transforming power of Christ that he had already experienced.
