Sandra Villarreal, RPA, serves as Mineral Director and Mineral Appraiser at Pritchard & Abbott, Inc. from March 2011 to present, where responsibilities include the discovery, valuation, and maintenance of Oil & Gas leases in Texas for ad valorem tax purposes, as well as preparing property assessments. Previously, Sandra held the position of Division Order Analyst, managing and updating Division Orders to ensure accurate ownership documentation for Royalty, Overriding, and Working Interest Owners. Sandra's career began at Harris Central Appraisal District from October 1999 to February 2011 as Appraiser IV in the Business & Industrial Personal Property Division, where duties encompassed property inspection, data collection, and application of valuation techniques.
