John McCullough

John McCullough currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Pritchard Industries, beginning in October 2024. Previously, John held the position of Director of Operations at The Arthur Jackson Company, where responsibilities included leading commercial cleaning and sales operations to ensure service commitments and growth expectations were met. John's extensive background in property management includes roles as Director of Property Management and General Manager at Nightingale Properties, overseeing a significant commercial office project in Philadelphia. Additionally, John served as General Manager at CBRE and Reit Management & Research LLC, managing large Class A office buildings. Earlier experience includes a similar role at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where John was recognized as a LEED Project Manager for achieving Gold Certification in commercial real estate. John began the career as a Property Manager at Liberty Property Trust and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Holy Family University.
