Ifhaam M. has worked in the field of Business Analysis for the past seven years. In 2021, they began working at MOURI Tech as a Sr. Business Analyst, where they worked closely with the product owner and other business users to gather information about the business processes and the required improvements. They were also responsible for breaking down high-level initiatives into Sprint regulated requirement stories with specifications and business rules. Additionally, they worked on JIRA requests filed on this project. At PRITNA INC, also in 2021, Ifhaam M. worked as a Senior Business Analyst/SCRUM Master, where they liaised between business owners across the globe and multiple IT work streams while managing product release waves. They also conducted daily triage and requirement review meetings to prioritize development sprints, provide Sprint status and address to the technical issues that the business were facing. Furthermore, they facilitated requirement gathering sessions for creating mappings and customizing salesforce. In 2014, Ifhaam M. began working at Anjaneyap Global INC. as a CRM Process Analyst, where they were onboarded during the designing phase of the new CPQ tool and accepted the responsibility to lead Quality Assurance (QA). They then worked closely with the QA team to test and develop the CPQ tool. Additionally, they designed User flows, process and data flow diagrams. Ifhaam M. also worked as a Business Process Analyst, where they liaised between business owners across the globe and multiple IT work streams while managing product release waves. They also conducted daily triage and requirement review meetings to prioritize development sprints, provide Sprint status and address to the technical issues that the business were facing. Furthermore, they facilitated requirement gathering sessions for creating mappings and customizing salesforce. Lastly, Ifhaam M. worked as a Business Analyst, where they liaised between procurement, manufacturing, accounting business entities; and manufacturing IT team on this project to provide smooth and transparent technical solution which address to the business requirements. They also worked closely with the product owner and other business users to gather information about the business processes and the required improvements. Additionally, they worked closely with the technical lead and other team members to groom the requirements break them to more manageable requirements. Lastly, they gathered requirements by conducting meetings and brainstorming sessions with senior management of the Research Group and subject matter experts and document them. They also performed necessary analysis of data models, data requirements, system context diagram and other SDLC artifacts to determine the release conforms to the policy and industry best practices. Lastly, they proposed best solution on MS Dynamics CRM Retail & POS functionality & Design.
