Stephen Evans

Stephen Evans is the Creator of the Catalyst Success Network, specializing in unlocking human potential and driving organizational success through innovative leadership development programs. In addition to leading Catalyst Success Network since January 2024, Stephen serves as President, CEO, and Founder of Flag Bridge Global Solutions, LLC, and holds various board positions including member of the Board of Directors for Merit Medical Systems, Inc., Alarm.com, the Pritzker Military Museum & Library, and the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry. Stephen's past roles include serving as Special Assistant at Commander, Navy Installations Command, Deputy U.S. Military Representative to NATO, and Commander of Carrier Strike Group Two and Naval Service Training Command, where extensive leadership experience was gained in military operations and training. Educational qualifications include a BA from The Citadel, a MA in National Security Affairs from the U.S. Naval War College, and executive education from institutions including Harvard Kennedy School, MIT, and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
